DG poulet🥰 on thé menu

 


Ingredients 

1kg chicken 

10 long semi ripe plantains

10 big tomatoes 

Green spices/green pepper

Carrot and green beans

1lit oil

White pepper

Ginger/garlic 

1 large onion

Methods

Peel wash and slice plantain to suitable sizes

Boil chicken and fry

Fry plantain 

Slice tomatoes and onions and fry till ready 

Add green spices to tomatoes n onion and stir

Add chicken stock to it and stir

Add plantain to the sauce and stir

Add ginger/garlic and white pepper and carrot and green beans and allow it simmer 

Serve it hot with Chicken
